Summary

The Nurse Practitioner is the clinical authority responsible for prescribing, managing, and monitoring all prescription-based therapies, including Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, peptides, NAD+ injections, and BHRT. This role ensures client safety, lab-based treatment planning, and long-term outcomes while collaborating with the Health Coach on client success and adherence. The NP also contributes to growth by reinforcing program value during lab reviews and supporting cross-referrals into other medical and wellness services.

Responsibilities

  • Review labs, conduct assessments, and determine medical eligibility for weight loss medications, peptide therapies, NAD+, and BHRT.
  • Prescribe and adjust medications, dosing, and treatment plans.
  • Conduct lab review consultations that reinforce program value and convert pending sales into active memberships.
  • Monitor client progression, side effects, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance, documentation, and medical oversight for all patients.
  • Manage medical inventory, vendor relationships, and pharmacy coordination for prescription and injectable services.
  • Collaborate with Health Coach to improve adherence, renewals, and retention.
  • Support injectables, IV drips, and wellness services as needed.
  • Serve as medical authority in 1 educational/community event per month (seminar, workshop, lunch & learn, or panel).
  • Generate 5+ qualified medical consult leads/month through thought leadership.
Reporting & Accountability

  • Maintain accurate charting and compliance records.
  • Report monthly on memberships activated, retention, and client outcomes.
  • Manage pharmacy communications, medication orders, and controlled inventory logs.
  • Track clinical follow-ups and renewals.
  • Contribute thought leadership through events and outreach (5+ qualified leads/month).
Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • BHRT/Weight loss/peptide memberships activated after labs: 75% conversion rate
  • % of clients compliant after 90 days on medications.
  • Charting + compliance accuracy: 100%.
  • Client satisfaction scores with medical care.

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
