What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment
- Room patients, obtain vitals, and update medical histories
- Assist providers with medical and aesthetic procedures
- Perform phlebotomy, blood draws, and specimen handling
- Assist with IV and IM therapy preparation
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and sterile environments
- Support procedures including BHRT pellet therapy, EMSculpt NEO, and aesthetic services
- Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR
- Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness programs
- Assist with retail skincare and nutraceutical recommendations
- Maintain medical inventory and ensure clinical readiness
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
- Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Interest in aesthetics, longevity medicine, or wellness a major plus
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with EMR documentation

Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
