Serotonin is looking for a highly motivated and outgoing Client Care Coordinator to join our team. We need someone with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a knack for customer service. This role will also involve assisting with event planning and marketing efforts. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in enhancing their experience and helping to promote Serotonin’s services. Additionally, you will support the execution of events and assist with digital marketing, including social media, to attract and engage clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist clients with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Promote services, packages, and products, with a focus on upselling to meet sales targets.
Phone & Computer Proficiency: Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate client records in our scheduling system. Must be comfortable using various computer programs and managing client inquiries.
Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist in managing and growing Serotonin's social media presence. Create content, engage with followers, and promote events, special offers, and services across various platforms.
Event Planning & Promotion: Assist in the planning, marketing, and execution of events, both in-house and external, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Help with event logistics, setup, promotion, and follow-up.
Aesthetic Experience: Utilize your knowledge and experience in aesthetics to assist with client inquiries, provide basic guidance on services offered, and contribute to a high-end client experience.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and seamless event execution.
Qualifications:
Strong sales experience, particularly in customer-facing roles (aesthetics or wellness experience is a plus).
Comfortable handling phones, computers, and scheduling software.
Experience in social media management and digital marketing (familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar is a bonus).
Event planning experience or a passion for organizing and executing successful events.
Background or experience in aesthetics (e.g., skincare, beauty, or wellness services).
Outgoing, people-oriented, and able to create strong connections with clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
